Close the mouth area and purse your lips while keeping a relaxed face. Convey a finger on each corner of the mouth. Now smile wide and follow this track of an upward push of the fingers. Count to ten and then relax the mouth area again.
Eyes

Lie down on your bed and allow your head hang over the fringe of the bed. Raise your eyebrows so far as you can then go back to a relaxed position. Do that 5 times.
